re-enable transifex site translations

Transifex was tied to the dev branch - we need to update it to staging so that we can get translations updated for amara.org.

@msaad, you'll need to look in deploy/update_translations.sh to make sure we are finding the js strings for the new editor, which is located in media/src/js/subtitle-editor.

You should coordinate with @ehazlett to get it running because there are keys required for transifex to push changes to the repo and he says there may be some git errors too.

The translations used to get synced back to the dev branch, but now it needs to sync to the staging branch.

We've recently added some new language projects to Transifex on our site, so it would be good to add those in.

Lastly, would really love it if in this ticket you could document the steps of adding a new language to transifex and what you have to do to get them added to the site.

Any news, ehazlett? And would it be possible to have something like https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/webmaker/ , where the units to be translated often are whole sentences, and when they aren't, the context where the word is used is explained in clear?

@calmansi @ehazlett has had a few other more pressing infrastructure changes to work on, but this isn't forgotten and it still on our current to-do list.

Regarding the strings, I'd say for the most part, they are in complete sentences. Once we update the strings, if there are specific ones that you find confusing, then we can add the extra instructions in transifex, but that appears to be a manual process, and we'd have to be sure the word isn't used in multiple contexts.
