Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up a PecanHook class with a breakpoint in after() (or other means of monitoring).
  2. Call redirect(url, internal=True) for any given URL, one or more times.
  3. after() will be called multiple times with potentially misleading statuses/responses.

Expected behavior is that after() is called once with the final request/response/status for that URL.
