v2 search does not find a fac in Charlotte, NC but finds an ix in a fac there

Describe the bug
Searching for a fac in Charlotte, NC returns empty results. Searching for an ix there returns a variety 8 results including a fac which is well within the 52km radius of the search.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.peeringdb.com
2. Search for "fac in charlotte, nc" and look for results

3. In the same search box search for "ix in charlotte, nc" and look for results

Expected behavior
ScaleMatrix Charlotte Data Center US-East 01 should be returned in the search for "fac in charlotte, nc".
