@shane-kerr I agree, I've tried a few things to do so and none caught on, but maybe just tickets marked in the 3.0 Github Project? https://github.com/peeringdb/peeringdb/projects/1

Downside of that was I didn't get a lot of positive feedback, and it clutters up issues, but maybe combined with a label it would be ok? Upside is it allows for grouping issues with public comments in the system we currently use to track everything.

No matter where it is, we really need to have a place to keep track of all the version 3 changes that we want to see made, or we'll end up releasing version 3 and missing things.
