Add 2FA

We should offer some way of two-factor authentication:

• TOTP
• Confirmation code via email (à la Steam Guard)

Hi,
an idea for 2F would be to integrate Oauth or other authentication protocols for easier integration with existing user registries like authentik or authelia.
This would allow more and different factors as the authentication services alsready provide the infrastructure for it.

Implementing 2FA would raise the obvious question of how to collaborate with multiple users on a Keila-hosted newsletter.

@e-pet 2FA is only about improving the security of the login process, it doesn't include the ability to share projects with multiple users. Maybe you're looking for #156 ?

@wmnnd I think the point @e-pet raises is that implementing 2FA without implementing multi-user project sharing would take out the current workaround to #156 (share your credentials across team members!).
