This is a new
measureharness that opens a large number ofCompactBlockstreams and polls the server asynchronously. It reproduces generating orphaned tonic streams on the server-side. The main difference withOpenConnectionsis that the rate of polling should be much higher, this is an educated guess. This is useful harness as we implement performance improvements to the full node.
