we don't refer to penumbra-tct besides this position type, let's just import that.
we only use this in one place, in a sibling module. let's just import `worker::Worker` and spare the redirection.

i hadn't looked at
penumbra-viewmuch before today. in preparation for a design conversation tomorrow, i read through some of the important facilities provided by this library.this is a small collection of assorted bits of tidying / documenting / clean-up i handled as i read through it.
