should to_yaml include a trailing newline? #48

Out[13]: 'genome_folder: $GENOMES\ngenome_server: http://localhost\ngenomes:\n  hg38:\n    bowtie2: indexed_bowtie2\n    hisat2: indexed_hisat2\n    tss_annotation: TSS.bed.gz\n    gtf: blah.gtf\n  mm10:\n    bowtie2: indexed_bowtie2\n    blacklist: blacklist/mm10.bed\n  rCRSd:\n    bowtie2: indexed_bowtie2\n    bowtie: indexed_bowtie\n_file_path: conf.yaml'

typically files have a trailing newline, and since to_yaml is likely to be used for writing files, maybe we should adjust to include that final \n ?
