When the cursor changes such as black, the system does not change but the browser is changed

marco is mate-window-manager. are you using it?

yes it is installed
i A mate-window-manager - MATE lightweight GTK+ window manager

This happens on Ubuntu too, marco or compiz doesn't make a difference.
