Workaround MYMETA NAME that doesn't match with the .pm files #63

There are modules on CPAN that provide a bad NAME field in META files that do not correspond to the .pm files, which would let carton create a bad 02packages because of that.

We may have to work around this.

The actual problem is that carton install in the deployment mode tries to build the requirements out of .lock file - it should rather create requirements out of cpanfile just like development, but use .lock file only to pull out dependencies. this is in the plan for carton 1.0.
