Is this really the Who? It's more of the Where?

Please don't remove this link. You've now idolated the /dev.html page instead of fixing it.

Your Who/What/How probably belongs on /dev.html, and the "contribute" page could use more plain english descriptions of the ways people can contribute to perl.

I'll try to re-write these bullet points in a way hopefully simpler to read/understand. But if you're not totally against the idea, I agree with David Golden that it would actually be better to have the text here instead of re-directing to /dev.html - don't make a user who wants to contribute go to additional pages to read how to help, at least not the basic info.

I disagree with that. 99.999% of potential contributors are unlikely to be interested in participating on p5p. Lets not clutter this page up with things most people don't care about.

fwiw, I agree that this stuff would be better suited on the /dev.html page (make that one useful!)

Thanks @OfferKaye - I'll work something out with this - just as a heads up it won't be until end of the week that I get the chance to do this

I've reviewed this and made lots of changes, I've put everything on http://dev.perl.org/perl5/ and www.perl.org now points there. What was on /dev.html is now http://dev.perl.org/

Hope fully that'll make it all easier to find
