I set up Singapore.pm (http://singapore.pm.org/) in 2008 to try to encourage Perl users in Wikipedia to meet up; I moved out of Singapore in 2011, but I keep an eye on the mailing list, keeping out the spam. I'm not sure if it makes sense to keep it around in case somebody someday decides to take it over (and I can definitely keep an eye on the mailing list until then). If you think it makes more sense to deactivate it until then, then that works for me too!
cheers,
Gaurav

Can you update the website so everything is talking about the state of affairs in 2013? I'm afraid that all the info about 2010 makes the site look dead to visitors... Hopefully we'll find a local to take over for you! :)
