How can this upstreams are causing 502 errors after form post?

Hmm. That could be a timeout issue. Does it happen often or just in a particular form?

BTW highly unlikely that the problem you have is somewhat related to the fpm information page that was missing and that this commit fixed.

Thanks for answer so quickly !!
But the problem is still happening, maybe the is really something that need to be increase like a timeout, etc... oh! and there's an issue now related #160
