i'm trying out your config and i followed all the steps in the tutorial, but when i want to start nginx, it spits out the following error:

Reloading nginx configuration: nginx: [emerg] invalid number of arguments in "include" directive in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:184
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

Its the include that should include the vhosts in the sites-enabled folder, but it does not...

You can check out the vhost here:
http://pastebin.com/vj29GahN

Note that this is on a local install, not live..

Are you sure you didn't forget a ; somewhere? Is there a non-printable character somewhere in the include line? Does the file exist? Have you not deleted it?

demon326 commented Aug 7, 2012

You where right, it seems when working in the file i deleted 2 ';' closing tags...

Now the following error comes up:
Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] the shared memory zone "microcache" is already declared for a di fferent use in /etc/nginx/sites-available/microcache_fcgi.conf:7

For using the microcaching you must include the simple drupal6.conf and not include both like in the pastie.

i commented out include sites-available/drupal6.conf; in both files where it shows and now other error show up..

"[emerg] the shared memory zone "microcache" is already declared for a different use in /etc/nginx/sites-available/microcache_fcgi_auth.conf:4"

I don't even need the full config from this git, i only need advanced css/JS support including boost and rewrite rules... getting crazy :)

Just comment out the include sites-available/microcache_fcgi_auth.conf; line in drupal_boost6.conf.
