Updated player keys and Readme info.

It's always a pain to get the right keys given the fact that keyboard
layouts like QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZWERTY, etc. exist. Users may always
change their key bindings from the bindings.xml file. 

The default keys have now been changed mainly due to nast Ubuntu bug
that shifts game window focus whenever the ALT key is pressed.
