Give up on installing Perl GD under Travis

Unless I can work out how to see this log file, it seems futile:

$ cpanm --notest GD
--> Working on GD
Fetching ... OK
Configuring GD-2.46 ... N/A
! Configure failed for GD-2.46. See /home/vagrant/.cpanm/build.log for details.

Perhaps a Perl guru can make a better guess than I can as to why this fails.
