Record object should support get() method #401

There should be a simple way to ask for a value from a field in a record and get a default value back if the field is not present. Python dictionaries offer the get(key, default=None) method which returns none if the key is not found or will return a default value if it is supplied and the key is not found. This would be very helpful for gettting optional fields and supplying default values when they are not presenet

@alimanfoo is there any timeline for when v1.2 will be finished and uploaded to pypi. I'm having a new dependency issue installing petl with a dependency link on github and would love to be able to install from pypi
