This repository is being rebased, there're following reasons for this:
- The whole idea of the project is to let people avoid fetching gigabytes of AOSP. Well, I'd like that to be general direction of the project - if it's possible to let people fetch 50Mb instead of 100Mb, it's worth it. As project is so far hosted in git, and I don't plan to release tarballs so far, then removing old cruft via rebasing is the way to achieve this.
- Repository inherently contains binary files (like link libraries), and the way they're built is still in flux, so if I find something missing, the old version is indeed cruft and worth rebasing away per above.
- I also take stance of fixing typos, etc. in commit messages.
The whole process may stabilize over time, with rebases becoming less frequent. Let me know if rebasing affects you.
