Fixes: 1. Less aggressive config writes to help mitigate UI locking caused by Auto Config Backup. 2. Fixes to several routing issues. NOTE: Still need work on automatic route creation. Users should create static routes or use BGP/OSPF/etc... 3. Disabled peers could sometimes appear as enabled. Features: 1. Dashboard Widget. Includes two configurable settings: Refresh Interval controls how often the widget updates and Activity Threshold controls the handshake threshold to consider a peer as active or not active (default is 180 seconds). 2. Global 'Enable WireGuard' setting under General Settings. 3. 'Interface Group Membership' setting under General Settings. Default is 'All Tunnels.' Options: All Tunnels, Only Unassigned Tunnels, or None. 4. Backend work to support importing WireGuard configurations.

net/pfSense-pkg-WireGuard: Update to 1.1.3
- Fixes #12031 and #11950 - Change queuing. You can now make many changes to tunnel and/or peer configurations and only apply these changes in mass at once. Re-saving a configuration that is unchanged no longer disrupts peer connections. We only resync tunnels that absolutely need to be, thus avoiding disrupting other tunnels and their peers. - Tons of little UI improvements like squashing and removing whitespace in some fields, displaying peers as 'disabled' if their parent tunnel is disabled, etc. - The WireGuard Service now handles re-resolving peer endpoint host/domain names. - New Setting Endpoint Hostname Resolve Interval that sets how often the service re-resolves peer endpoint host/domain names. (There is also Track System Resolve Interval that will tell the package to follow pfSense's alias resolve interval if desired). - Download icon per tunnel for downloading the configuration Github PR: #1073
