This an really old outstanding bug as you can see here #694 and here https://www.postgresql.org/message-id/flat/CAGHENJ6PAT8Cqk77GtShk8sCBHw6TAqrCM1zHajW7mCS%3DDfhhQ%40mail.gmail.com

It was never fixed since it was reported on pgAdmin1. See sceen shots of pgAdmin4-15 attached.
