Seems we don't test against HEAD any more ?

We used to have that in Omni CI: https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/actions/runs/4655033722/job/12626618708

It was setup to run daily at 6am so that we have a rough history of things like "When did HEAD break the driver?" and get alerted as such sooner.

Why was that disabled?
