Wrong link to unit testing documentation #481

README.md says: "https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/blob/master/org/postgresql/test/README" is the link to the unit testing documentation. Actually that link produces 404. It seems the document got moved, but the link in the document is stale.

This is the link it should point to
https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/blob/master/pgjdbc/src/test/java/org/postgresql/test/README

However I can't seem to find a way to put that in the toplevel README
without using the whole URL

Dave, please review #482. It is working well on my fork on gihub. :-)

Your fault simply was that you added one 'pgjdbc' prefix too much in your attempt to fix the broken link earlier today.
