Build PostgreSQL from source and run pgjdbc tests against it would be good to catch bugs early.

Notes:
https://github.com/vlsi/postgresql-build is a sketch to build PG from source.
https://travis-ci.org/vlsi/postgresql-build takes 3.5 minutes to build in a Travis-docker environment.

$ ./configure && make && make test

I think need build postgresql with contrib. Because for example replication use contrib module.

./configure && make && make test is just Travis default for language: c.
The build takes reasonable time, so we can elaborate on that and build with contrib.

bug: travis test not use HEAD postgresql
Previous script have next problems:
1) On travis exists another version postgresql that not shotdown.
2) pg_ctl by default doesn't want when server start
3) Not compile contrib that require for test for example hstor
4) Tests use one of previous version postgresql
