    Use more efficient emptiness check

    mscdex authored
Using empty() instead of size() can be faster. size() can take linear time but empty() is guaranteed to take constant time.

This should just work in all platforms

    godsflaw authored
This trunc() include should work on all platforms, but I am still
a little unsure. The C++ library called cmath is kind of a wrapper
for the C99 math.h, but it does appear to have trunc() support
outside just math.h trunc(). We can test on VC++ and see.

Added a msgpack_sbuffer stack to speed up alloc

    godsflaw authored
Added a msgpack_sbuffer stack so that we don't have to alloc and
free on each iteration. This yielded a 17% time based performance
increase in the benchmarking tests. There is still plenty more
that can be done to improve performance.
Something went wrong with that request. Please try again.
