Features:

  • Added nextseq_nml_strict_sample_name to list of parsers. This is a custom parser based on nextseq where sample names are strictly starting from the start of the file name for matching.

Developer Changes:

  • locked urllib3 version to <2.3.0 to ensure library compatibility with windows 11 dll files.
