Add create-module command #108

When using the "modules" project type, there is no way of creating another module inside this project using the command line. It would be nice to have a new module created based on a template (something like frontend, but with empty config files).

I' am interested in refining the module features of the devtools. I see the need for a add-module command too. Further I would like to extend the module creation by not using the 'frontend' module hardcoded in the paths.

Do you have any input of how the parameters should be given in the commands. I can think of something like

phalcon project appname modules --module-name=moduleName (defaults to frontend)

Inside the project you might call

phalcon add-module newmodule

Does anyone has thoughts on this?
