Gem Version

In a call to image_tag Rails will set the alt attribute to the filename by default. This gem sets an empty alt attribute unless it's already been set.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'image_tag_silent_alt'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install image_tag_silent_alt
