Phantom Wallet Warning Despite Using signAndSendTransaction

Summary

We have implemented the signAndSendTransaction method strictly following the guidelines provided in the Phantom documentation. However, during transactions, phantom wallets still gives 2–3 warnings when interacting with our dApp. Since our project is already live in production, resolving this issue is urgent.
