On Windows 10, when I open Pharo Launcher, it appears I can run something even though I have no image selected:

Shouldn't the launch button (green arrow) be grayed out (like the trash icon) when no image is selected?

It sounds silly, but the first time I ran Pharo Launcher, I couldn't figure out how it worked. There are no "Current images" the first time. So, I selected an item on the left (because there were no items on the right yet, but I didn't realize I had to download them first). Then I clicked the Green arrow (launch) and nothing happened... I was sure it was just that Pharo Launcher didn't work on Windows 10.
