Syntax (as known) is: remind [recipient] [message]

Now, when recipient is the bot itself the message gets stored anyway. But as the bot will never hear itself talking the messages are never pulled from database. The database can be filled up with rubbish this way.

The plugin needs a check whether the recipient is the bot itself and if so, refuse to store the message. I would have tried to change the code, but there is another bug when plugin AltNick comes into play. If AltNick sets a new nick, you cannot retrieve the bot's current nickname for comparison any longer. See: #210
