Update to version 0.6.0 of x86_64 #600

Changelog of x86_64 0.6.0:

  • Breaking: Make the FrameAllocator unsafe to implement. This way, we can force the implementer to guarantee that all frame allocators are valid. See rust-osdev/x86_64#69 for more information.

In addition we make the BootInfoFrameAllocator::init method unsafe, because the caller must guarantee that the usable frames of the memory map were not used somewhere else.

Code update in #599.
