I think a better solution is to just change the default key server away from the terriblybrokenforalongtimenow 'keys.gnupg.net' (this as come up already in at least #324). Maybe 'pgp.mit.edu' if we want to be distro agnostic? |

I've been struggling with the GPG key server at keys.gnupg.net for a long while now. I've embedded the Percona GPG public key into this cookbook to work around the flakiness of this server.
Not sure how often the Percona key changes, but it's been the same for a few years now.
This is just for debian/ubuntu for now.
