During ElixirConf, Chris McCord made mention of these clients to consume channels. This PR adds (AFAIK) the correct links to the most up-to-date/supported projects. I have no idea what the best C# client is, but this blog post references it.

@maxbeizer is there an objective-c client thats fairly up to date as well? If so could you add? Could also break this into a unordered list.

Thanks!

@chrismccord @jeregrine I think I found the C# lib.

Do you all have any preference on moving this away from the present perfect tense? Maybe something like:

The Phoenix 1.0 release included clients for iOS, Android, and C#.

Hi @maxbeizer. Thanks for this! I believe the present perfect tense is correct because the 1.0 release still exists. If older releases went away, then I think that past tense would be better.

@lancehalvorsen fair enough. I went ahead and fixed up the commit that added the C# lib with what seemed to me to be correct.

Thanks for making the docs so great and I enjoyed your ElixirConf talk.
