New bar-descriptor XSD schema has been applied, so at least this editor doesn't remove all new fields. But it still removes the comments.

Can there be done anything about it?

Additionally, what about:

UI for target invocations
UI for entry-points
UI for headless apps
UI for localizing title / description
UI for selecting minimal OS version, the application will run on
