…ugin structure n.b. There are some incompatabilities between setVariable and the new setCustomMetric and setCustomDimension. The new methods have been added for future support in GAPlugin.js, and setVariable implemented with setDimension (not sure if this is appropriate, but trackPage and trackEvent do work now).

Thanks Mark. Your timing is great since I'm currently looking into the iOS side at the moment. I'll take a look at this as soon as I get the iOS update working. |

This commit updates the Android plugin to Google Analytics V2, with support for page and event tracking.
Hope to see a more comprehensive update to this plugin available on phonegap build soon.
