Albums: Ignore deselected labels when adding photos by label

Steps to reproduce:

• Remove label "X" from a photo
• Add label "X" to an album

Current behaviour:
The photo I removed the label from gets added to the album as well

Expected behaviour:
The photo I removed the label from must not be added to the album
