As a user with modern file formats, I want the latest dependencies to be bundled with PhotoPrism to ensure the best possible compatibility.

It has been reported that our video transcoding commands are not compatible with FFmpeg 6. However, Ubuntu 23.04 ships with FFmpeg 5 and my tests have shown no problems so far.

Any help in testing the new base image for compatibility is much appreciated! ❤️

Unfortunately, the version of libheif that ships with Ubuntu 23.04 generates incorrectly rotated JPEG images, so we had to create a custom version again, which you can now download from https://dl.photoprism.app/dist/libheif/.
