Download: Do not compress pictures added to zip archives

**In most cases, the compression ratio is relatively low, as modern media file formats are already highly compressed. However, additional compression can put a high load on the server CPU, especially on smaller devices like a Raspberry Pi.**

We will therefore disable ZIP compression by default. If needed, we can add a setting for this in a future release.
