UX: Improve select function in list view

As a user I want to be able to select pictures in the list view the same way as with mosaic or card view.

As for now, if at least one picture is selected in mosaic or card view mode, when changing to list mode the selection status is kept and it is possible to keep selecting files.

It would be an enhancement if the selection circle would be shown from the start also in list mode. Alternatively, there is space left of the first column 'Title' where a selection circle could be placed. This circle would toggle the selection mode / selection circle.

Selecting photos in list view is possible by doing a long click on the thumbnail even if no photo is selected yet. I agree that this is not obvious and can be improved.
