Docker: Upgrade from Ubuntu 24.10 to 25.04 (Plucky Puffin)

As a user of modern media file formats, I want PhotoPrism to include the latest versions of FFmpeg, Darktable, RawThereapee, libheif, libvips, and ExifTool for maximum compatibility and performance.

Yesterday's upgrade of the Ubuntu base image includes new versions of the following core dependencies (previously shipped version in parentheses):

• FFmpeg: v7.0.2 → v7.1.1
• Darktable: v4.8.1 → v5.0.1
• RawTherapee: v5.10 → v5.11
• libheif: v1.19.5 → v1.19.7
• libvips: v8.15.2 → v8.16.0
• ExifTool: v12.76 → v13.10
