Directories such as Script, Style and Asset need their content copying to /Web when there is a change (all changes need to be purged). This could be done in a Linux command or via PHP.

For style directory, as everything is compiled into a file that sits in the web root, all paths will break if they remain in the structure they are in the APPROOT/Style directory.

Solution: To copy all files within each APPROOT/Style subdirectory to the web root.

In addition to previous comment: the APPROOT/Style/Img directory needs to be treated differently - only this directory is different though.

It should get copied into the webroot under APPROOT/Web/Style/Img (preserving the word style) so that it is differentiated between Style and Asset.

Need to play around with chmod and chown, ensuring files are owned by either 'web' or 'user' but are editable by 'www-data' group.

Depending on the app.cfg production variable, FileOrganiser may need to remove uncompiled JavaScript files.
