Steps to reproduce

  1. Login with username password
  2. From top navigation select "Database"
  3. Against any database select "Check privileges"
  4. A table will show of users having access to that database, where Action column is blank

Expected behaviour

"Edit privileges" link should be in "Action" column

Actual behaviour

Blank column

phpMyAdmin version

Checked in online demo ( https://demo.phpmyadmin.net/master-config/ ) which is from git revision RELEASE_4_7_3-1259-g8064c4e55f from the master branch
