Empty fields in query #13824

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click "Add new columns" to table
  2. Dont fill first row
  3. if previous row is empty, Query dont fill "AFTER" row(s)

Server configuration

Operating system: Win10

Web server: Apache/2.4.23 (Win64) PHP/7.0.11

Database: MySQL 5.6.26 - MySQL Community Server (GPL)

PHP version: 7.0.1

phpMyAdmin version:

Client configuration

Browser: YandexBrowser

Operating system: Win10

Fixed constructing ALTER query with AFTER
We have to include only non empty fields in this case.

Fixes #13824
