Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure max upload filesize to be 1000M
  2. Pick German as a language for the phpMyAdmin webinterface
  3. Go to any database import page and see the a wrong max upload filesize displayed

Expected behaviour

Display the right max upload filesize in the database import page in any Language.

Actual behaviour

The max upload filesize in the database import page is wrong in some non English translations. Somehow the tailing nulls are stripped in e.g. German or Dutch translation of the page. For example the server is configured to an upload size of 1100M in the php.ini then the English version correctly displays (Max: 1,100MiB) where the German version only displays (Maximal: 1.1MiB)

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 17.10

Web server: nginx/1.13.3

Database: MariaDB 10.3.0

PHP version: 7.0.22-0

phpMyAdmin version: 4.7.6

Client configuration

Browser: Any

Operating system: Manjaro Linux 4.14.3
