Unable to logout of phpMyAdmin-4.6.6-5 on Ubuntu

I can login + the exit button seems missing.

Also, the old trick of using https://foo.com/phpmyadmin/index.php?old_usr=whatever no longer works.

Someone let me know how to logout.

Using vanilla Ubuntu Artful install.

The logout button is present on the top left hand side(the door with an arrow).
