Describe the bug

When you set Maximum number of databases displayed in database list to 1, the page number will begin from 2 and the last page will be 1.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Features
  3. Go to Databases
  4. Change Maximum Databases to 1
  5. Then click Databases on Main Navigation panel (not the same button as in step 3)
  6. See error, Page number: 2, and ends with 1.

Expected behavior

Page number must begin with 1, and end with a number that describes how many pages there.
