'No Password' Option does not switch automatically to 'Use Text Field' in Add User Account

Describe the bug

In Add User Account option, in the Password field When you select 'No Password' from the dropdown and start writing in input text area, it should automatically switch to 'Use Text Field', to avoid any confusion for the user, but currently it does not happen and thus it needs to be 'ajaxified'.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'User Accounts'
2. In Add Accounts option, Set Password Dropdown to 'No password'
3. Start Writing in Text Field which is in front of dropdown

Expected behavior

The dropdown should automatically switch to 'Use Text Field' once the user starts writing.
