Describe the bug

When we add a new table from another database to a page in the designer, the status of the page(i.e. is there any changes in the page.... which is denoted using the * mark beside the name of the page) in not updated.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Save a page in the designer
  2. Click "Add table from other databases" from the designer's left panel
  3. Add a table from other database
  4. Observe the before adding a table and after adding a table changes on the name of the page(designer's top)

Before:
Selection_077

After:
Selection_078

Expected behavior

Expected a "*" sign beside the page name as soon as we add the table.

Selection_080
