Hi peeps,

I was wondering if there's some easy way to turn The Definitive Guide of Phundament into PDF or Mobi format so people can read it on their Kindles and smarphones on the way to work or any other time offline :) It's not hard to see that Phundament is one of the top Yii apps that is worth knowing well if people want to develop with Yii.

I know it's sort of silly question, but I wish I had it on my Kindle instead of reading other boring book :) Thanks. You guys rock!

Thanks for the kind words, we're working on it. pandoc has some glitches with the github flavored markdown :(

Found a blog post of GitHub https://github.com/blog/1311-html-pipeline-chainable-content-filters and a project https://github.com/jch/html-pipeline that can turn GitHub markup into HTML. But it runs on Ruby...

I am just curios, what would be your favorite format: http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/

Prefer Mobi format. Turns out Kindles cannot read EPub format and they cannot break down lines of PDF files like smarphones (at least http://www.thinkfree.com/ does). Your PDF looks nice :)

Converted it to EPub and Mobi formats via Calibre. Attaching EPub so other e-readers can benefit. Here're links to Google Drive:
EPub https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8-tHgIruhxhUjk0VkRaY2ttVDA/edit?usp=sharing
Mobi https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8-tHgIruhxhQ0xHZWVyRVRFLW8/edit?usp=sharing

Thanks a lot for the PDF :)

I am closing this one, since the docs are available in Markdown it should be pretty easy to create other formats out of it.
