When compiling shared libraries, make a distinction between C and C++ #1260

Currently we autodetect shared library flags like this (build/cplusplus_support.rb):

if PhusionPassenger::PlatformInfo.cc_is_sun_studio?
    fPIC = "-KPIC"
    fPIC = "-fPIC"

But then we proceed to compile with a C++ compiler. cc might be Sun Studio, but c++ might not be.
